Amy K. Saechao, Esq.

Amy K. Saechao is an attorney admitted by the State Bar of California. As a first-generation attorney, Amy understands the importance of having the right advocate to help protect your interests. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Amy’s passion for helping business owners is deeply rooted. Driven by the desire to help protect and grow the livelihoods of business owners, Amy focused her law school education, graduating at the top of her class while receiving specialization certificates in Business Law and Intellectual Property Law along with her J.D. Amy was also the recipient of the CALI and Witkin Awards for areas including Intellectual Property, Real Property, Appellate Advocacy, Constitutional Law, Brief Writing & Motion Advocacy, and Business Associations. Amy previously served as the Co-Chair for the Moot Court Board and led her team to a victory in the International Trademark Association’s coveted Saul Lefkowitz Competition. Amy is one of just a handful of Iu Mien attorneys in the state of California.

Prior to attending law school, Amy lived in Atlanta, GA, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree, cum laude, in Business Management. Amy also received an LLM (Masters of Law) from Chapman University, in the area of Entertainment & Media Law. Since then, Amy has worked for firms in the Los Angeles area, with a focus on civil litigation, estate planning, contracts, IP & business transactions.

To pursue her passion for helping business owners and families, Amy established Next Level Legal in order to provide everyone with access to affordable legal counsel for their entrepreneurial needs.

Amy is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) where she sits on the President’s Advisory Committee on Women in the Legal Profession, and is also a member of the Business Law, Cannabis Law, and Entertainment Law & Intellectual Property Law sections. She is also a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association (BHBA) where she sits on the Board of Governors of the Barrister’s section and acts as the section’s liaison to the Intellectual Law and Cannabis Law sections. Amy is also a member of the California Lawyers Association (CLA), including the Intellectual Property Law section, the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA), a member of the CalAsian Chamber of Commerce, and currently sits on the Advisory Board at The Polymath Company, which operates brands across the media, entertainment, retail and consumer services spaces. 

Gianne Carlo Nalangan, Esq.

Gianne Carlo Nalangan is an attorney admitted by the State Bar of California. He graduated from San Francisco State University is 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in political science and Minor in philosophy. Gianne obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2020 as one of the top students in his class and has won multiple awards for his skills in legal research and writing, and advocacy, including winning first place in the nation for his team’s brief in the Saul Lefkowitz Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition.

After law school, Gianne worked at Candelaria P.C. in Walnut Creek, California, on issues involving divorce, spousal support, property division, child custody and visitation, and child support claims. Additionally, Gianne worked as a paralegal at Sims Family Law Group in Oakland, California, on similar divorce and child custody issues, and at Kern Segal & Murray in Daly City, California on personal injury issues. Graduating with high honors, Gianne earned his paralegal certificate from San Francisco State University’s American Bar Association-approved paralegal program. Prior to becoming an attorney, Gianne had approximately seven years of experience in the legal field.

Gianne provides legal services in family law, elder law, estate planning, probate litigation, and general civil litigation. Gianne’s approach is to provide strong advocacy for his clients, and to ensure his clients have a clear and thorough understanding of the law and the legal strategies to achieve the best possible outcome.

Gianne is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA), Beverly Hills Bar Association (BHBA), Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Los Angeles County (APABA), Philippine American Bar Association (PABA), and LGBTQ+ Lawyers Association of Los Angeles. His hobbies include playing tennis and hiking.
